摘　　要：本文从职业院校学生技能竞赛意义入手,基于咸阳职业技术学院2016—2020年期间参加的经济管理类技能竞赛情况,分析如何从高效的训练团队、专业负责的指导队伍、切实有效的条件保障等方面构建竞赛核心竞争力,并提出通过高壁垒和能力叠加来获取持续竞争力。This paper analyzes the significance of vocational skills competition.Based on the actual situation of economic and management skills competition participated by Xianyang Vocational Technical College from 2016 to 2020,it analyzes how to construct the core competitiveness of competition from the aspects of efficient training team,professional and responsible guiding team and practical and effective condition guarantee,and proposes to obtain the sustainable competitiveness through high barrier and ability superposition.
