摘 要:针对海洋用液压转盘中4个马达的转速存在不同步的问题,设计了转盘液压控制系统。运用数学分析的方法,构建了数学模型,并进行了稳定性分析。根据分析结果,设计了自整定模糊PID控制器,采用Matlab/Simulink软件,仿真分析马达同步控制系统。仿真结果表明:在马达同步控制系统中,所设计的控制器控制效果明显,系统稳定性提高明显,动态响应速度得到加快,对于转盘复杂的外负载环境,适应性好,鲁棒性强。Aiming at the problem of non-synchronization of the rotation speeds of the four motors in the marine rotary support hydraulic table.The hydraulic control system of the turntable was designed,the mathematical model was constructed by using the method of mathematical analysis,and the stability analysis was carried out.According to the analysis results,a self-tuning fuzzy PID controller was designed,and the motor synchronous control system was simulated by using MATLAB/Simulink software.The simulation results show that in the motor synchronous control system,the control effect of the designed controller is obvious,the stability of the system is improved,the dynamic response speed is accelerated,and it has good adaptability and strong robustness to the complex external load environment of the table.
