高等工程教育领域教学改革的特征、趋势与反思——对近五届国家级教学成果奖的描述性研究

摘　　要：本文分析了近五届国家级教学成果奖中高等工程教育领域的748项成果,对成果奖的完成单位、完成人、合作情况以及内容主题进行了描述性研究。论文发现国家级教学成果奖的高校分布不均衡,主要集中于"985工程"高校与"211工程"高校,学科排名为B+及以上的高校日益成为国家级教学成果奖的重要参与者;教学成果奖的第一完成人主要由承担行政职务的资深教授构成;在近20年的时间里,教学成果奖呈现出合作规模扩大的趋势,成果内容也日益集中于"人才培养模式"这一总体性主题,并且广泛覆盖服务国家与行业、校企合作、多元协同、国际化等议题。以创新人才为核心的高质量工程人才及其重要能力的培养,是国家级教学成果奖日益彰显的目标。论文最后对教学成果奖评选与工程教育教学改革提出一些建议与启示。Based on the 748 awarded projects of recent five state-level teaching achievement awards in higher engineering education,the paper analyzed the awarded institutions,the project leaders,the cooperation as well as the project themes through descriptive statistical method.This paper found that the hierarchic distribution of awarded institutions is imbalanced,concentrated on the"985 Project"and"211 Project"universities.The institutions First-level Disciplines of which ranked B+or above become the main participants.The project leaders mainly consist of senior professors undertaking administrative positions.In the past 20 years,the average number of cooperators of awarded projects has been keeping rising.Besides,awarded projects have increasingly focused on the macro theme,"talent training mode".Given the above analysis,the paper put forward some suggestions about the national teaching achievement award and teaching reform in higher engineering education.
