摘 要:互联网的发展使得信息技术引领的教育变革势在必行,混合教学模式下的体育课堂克服了传统的体育课堂中教学理念滞后、学习方式单一、教学资源匮乏、评价机制不完善等弊端。以先进的教学理念、多样化的学习方式、优质的教育资源以及科学合理的评价机制,达成高质量、高效率的体育课堂。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,通过线上线下两种途径对体育课的课前、课中、课后三部分重新进行设计,构建出更切合“互联网+”时代的体育教学模式,并提出了要提供良好的外部条件、提升教师自身综合素质、激发学生的自主学习意识、注重评价机制科学化与全面化等实施策略。With the development of the Internet,the educational reform led by information technology is imperative.The physical education classroom under the mixed teaching mode overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional physical education classroom,such as lagging teaching concept,single learning method,lack of teaching resources and imperfect evaluation mechanism.With advanced teaching ideas,diversified learning methods,high-quality educational resources and scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism,we can achieve high-quality and efficient physical education classes.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper redesigns the three parts of physical education class before class,during class and after class through online and offline ways,and constructs a physical education teaching mode that is more suitable for the internet+era,and puts forward some implementation strategies such as providing good external conditions,improving teachers'comprehensive quality,stimulating students'autonomous learning awareness,and paying attention to scientific and comprehensive evaluation mechanism.
