摘 要:在中高职衔接过程中,共享型实训基地建设对提升学生技能水平有着重要的作用。在共享型实训基地发展过程中,要充分发挥各级政府的主导作用,结合地方产业结构进行统筹规划,建成“政府、学校、行业、企业”四位一体的中高衔接共享实训基地。在协同管理模式下,通过资源的深度整合,开展多元主体间的深度合作,构建多元主体协同互动、产学研相结合的新型共享型实训基地,推动共享实训基地可持续发展。In the process of connecting secondary and higher vocational education,the construction of shared training base has an important role in improving students’skill level.In the process of development of shared training bases,it should give full play to the leading role of governments at all levels,make overall planning combined with local industrial structure,and build a four-in-one connection and shared training base of government,school,industry and enterprise.Under the collaborative management mode,through in-depth integration of resources,in-depth cooperation between multiple subjects should be carried out,a new shared training base with collaborative interaction between multiple subjects and combination of industry,university and research should be built,to promote the sustainable development of shared training base.
