摘 要:为了了解在体育核心素养视域下课内外一体化教育在高校体育教学中的应用情况,以课内外一体化教育在高校体育教学中的应用价值为切入点,界定了课内外一体化与体育核心素养的核心概念,阐述了课内外一体化教育在高校体育教学中的应用方案、保障措施。认为:通过力主发展学生体育核心素养的高校体育教学课内外一体化策略应用,可以提高运动技能以顺利达成培养目标,满足高校大学生个性化发展需要。同时,作为高校体育教学课内外一体化具体实施者的高校体育教师也需要从目标体系、教育指导、反馈评价等3个方面着手,对课内外一体化教育加以整合与梳理,健全一体化的组织管理及学时分配制度,为体育教学课内外一体化教育在高校体育教学中的顺利实施提供必要的保障。In order to understand the application of the integrated strategy of intra-and extra-curricular in physical education in colleges and universities from the perspective of the core literacy of sports,the article starts with the application value of the integrated strategy of intra-get out of class and extra-curricular in college physical education,and defines the integration of intra-and extra-curricular integration and the core concept of sports core literacy expounds the application plan and safeguard measures of the integrated strategy of intra-and extra-curricular in physical education in colleges and universities.It is concluded that the application of the integrated strategy of intra-and extra-curricular in physical education in colleges and universities from the perspective of sports core literacy can help achieve the goal of sports skills training smoothly and meet the needs of individualized development of college students.At this time,teachers need to sort out the integration strategies inside and outside classes from the aspects of target system,education guidance,feedback evaluation,etc.,and improve the organization and management and class hour allocation system to ensure that the integration strategies inside and outside classes are applied in college physical education.
