摘　　要：在信息技术广泛应用的教育情境中,如何有效开展师德教育是高师院校面临的重要挑战之一。文章基于自主学习、对话教学、体验式教学的慎思,对“教育政策法规与师德”课程展开了在线教学的探索与实践,构建了“自主·对话·体悟”在线教学模式,以期为同类课程的深化改革提供参考。In the situation of information technology widely used in education,how to effectively carry out teacher's ethics education is one of the important challenges faced by normal universities.Based on the review of autonomous learning,dialogue teaching and experiential teaching,this paper explores and practices the online teaching of"Educational Policies,Regulations and Teachers'Ethics",and constructs the online teaching mode of"autonomy,dialogue and understanding",so as to provide reference for the further reform of similar courses.
