摘 要:基于两所“双一流”建设高校503名本科生的问卷调查数据,探讨本科生与同伴、教师、辅导员的各类人际互动对院校归属感的影响。研究结果显示,院校归属感是一个由身份认同感、自我价值感和疏离感构成的三维结构;对样本院校本科生而言,与同伴互动对身份认同感的影响、与教师互动对自我价值感的影响、与辅导员互动对自我价值感的影响是其人际互动影响归属感的三条主要路径;相较于其他特征群体,男生、大一、大三、理工农医学生显著地通过与同伴的学业和社交互动在院校中形成身份认同感,女生、大二、第一代大学生显著地通过与教师学业互动增进自我价值感,而男生、大三和非第一代大学生则显著地通过与教师的社交互动增进自我价值感。上述结论呈现了当前本科生人际互动对院校归属感影响的复杂表现。Based on the survey data of 503 undergraduates in two double first-class universities,this paper explores the influence of interpersonal interactions between undergraduate students and teachers,counselors and peers on the sense of belonging in universities.The research results show that the sense of belonging is a three-dimensional structure composed of sense of personal identification,sense of value,and sense of alienation.For the sample institutions,the interpersonal interactions show effects on the sense of belonging by three main ways;the interaction between undergraduate students and peers has effect on the sense of personal identification,interaction with counselors has effect on sense of value,and interaction with teachers has effect on sense of value.Compared with other groups,the sense of personal identification of male,freshmen and juniors,and medical students are significantly strengthened by academic and social interaction with peers.Sense of value of girls,sophomore,the first-generation students are significantly increased through academic interaction with teachers,but for male,juniors and the non-first-generation students,sense of value is significantly influenced by social interactions with teachers.The above conclusions help administrators and faculties to understand the complexity and conditionality of the influence of undergraduate students’interpersonal interactions on their sense of belonging.
