摘 要:目的探讨ADDIE教学模型在循证护理培训中的设计及实施效果。方法2019年11月,选取揭阳市人民医院48名护士作为研究对象,通过分析护士的循证护理培训现状、培训需求和循证护理实践障碍,设计出“夯基础、强实践”的培训,开发所需的教学资源后实施培训并进行评价,对比培训前后护士的循证护理实践障碍评分、循证实践知识、态度、行为评分与总分。结果实施基于ADDIE教学模型的循证护理培训后,护士的循证护理实践障碍4个维度评分均较培训前下降(均P<0.05)。循证实践总分及知识、行为评分均较培训前提高(P<0.05);循证实践态度评分较培训前提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于ADDIE教学模型的循证护理培训方案的实施,能有效减少护士循证护理实践障碍,增强护士循证实践的知识,改善护士循证实践的行为,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the application effect of ADDIE teaching model in evidence-based nursing training.Methods Forty-eight nurses in Jieyang People's Hospital were selected as the research objects in November 2019.After the analysis on the status and needs of evidence-based nursing training,the teaching resources and the programs were implemented and evaluated.The scores of practice difficulties,knowledge,attitude and behavior of evidence-based nursing before and after training were compared.Results After the implementation of the evidence-based nursing training program based on the ADDIE teaching model,the scores of practice difficulties in four dimensions reduced significantly(P<0.05).The scores of knowledge and behavior increased significantly(P<0.05).The score of attitude to evidence-based nursing increased as well,without significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions The implementation of evidence-based nursing training program based on ADDIE teaching model can effectively remove the obstacles of in practice and improve the knowledge and behavior of nurses'evidence-based nursing practice.
