摘　　要：阐述将视觉传感器技术、PLC控制技术、工业网络技术相结合,设计半导体器件翻转的自动视觉检测系统,从而实现成品姿态、瑕疵检验、翻转调整、排列装盒的功能。This paper expounds the design of automatic visual inspection system for semiconductor device turnover by combining visual sensor technology,PLC control technology and industrial network technology,so as to realize the functions of finished product posture,defect inspection,turnover adjustment,arrangement and packing.
