摘 要:目的探讨翻转课堂与传统教学法对妇产科住院医师岗位胜任力的影响效果对比。方法选取在妇产科进行住院医师规范化培训的50名学员作为研究对象,采用1:1随机对照的方法,将学员分配A、B两组,每组25人。A组前3个月先接受翻转课堂教学模式的培养,后3个月接受传统教学模式;B组前3个月接受传统教学模式,后3个月接受翻转课堂教学模式的培养。分别在研究开始时、3个月、6个月对学员进行以临床胜任力为基础的教学效果评价。结果两组在接受翻转课堂教学模式期间,其临床胜任力评估结果明显优于于同期接受传统教学模式的学员,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统教学法,翻转课堂教学应用在妇产科住院医师培养中,可以显著提升学员的临床胜任力。Objective To compare the effect of traditional and flipped classroom teaching methods in the teaching process of residents of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods Fifty residents of gynecology and obstetrics were selected as the research objects,randomly divided into two groups,A and B.Each group was trained in two stages,3 months for each stage.The training sequence of group A was flipped classroom-traditional teaching,while that of group B was traditional teaching-flipped classroom.The training effects were evaluated on the basis of clinical competence.Results The results of clinical competency assessments of the flipped classroom teaching period were higher than those of the traditional teaching group at the same time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching methods,the application of flipped classroom teaching methods can significantly improve clinical competence of the residents of gynecology and obstetrics.
