摘 要:法国的大学校精英培养体系是建立在预科教育基础之上的。为保证预科教育质量,只有通过全法预科教师资格考试者才能进入预科学校担任主讲教师。本文在介绍法国预科物理教师资格考试总体安排和考核方式的基础上,基于法国预科物理教师考试章程,详细介绍了法国预科物理教师应具备的知识;从备课、讲课、实验三个维度给出了法国预科物理教师应具备的能力;结合作者参加并成功通过法国预科物理教师资格考试的经历,分析了预科物理教师资格考试的考核内容和考核标准的特点,以期为我国大学物理教师的培养提供参考和借鉴。The Grandeécole training system in France is based on the preparatory education.In order to ensure the quality of preparatory cycle,only those who have passed the qualification examination(agrégation)can be the lecturer in preparatory school.The general arrangement and assessment methods of the physics teacher qualification examination are introduced,and the knowledge that preparatory physics teachers should have is introduced based on the examination regulations of French preparatory physics teachers;then the abilities of preparatory physics teachers should have are also given from three aspects:lesson preparation,lecture and experiment.Based on the author's experience of participating and successfully passing the physics teacher qualification examination in France,the characteristics of the examination contents and standards of physics teacher qualification examination are analyzed in order to provide reference for the cultivation of college physics teachers in China.
