摘 要:结合体育保健学的课程特点,考虑体育生的学习能力,依据BOPPPS教学模型,借助超星学习通APP,从课前、课中和课后三方面入手构建线上线下的体育保健学的混合教学模式的具体实施方法。实践表明,基于超星学习通的混合式教学模式实现了线上和线下师生互动、生生互动交流,有效提升了学生的思维能力和实践操作能力,解决了体育生上理论课爱玩手机的难题,提高了课程的教学质量和教学效果。This paper constructs the blended teaching mode based on superstar learning app in the course of sports hygiene from three aspects of pre class, in class and after class, combined with the characteristics of sports hygiene, the learning ability of sports students and BOPPPS teaching model. The practice shows that the blended teaching mode has realized the online and offline interaction between teachers and students, students and students, effectively improved the students’ thinking ability and practical operation ability, solved the problem that sports students love to play with mobile phones in theoretical classes, and improved the teaching quality and teaching effect of the course.
