摘　　要：加大创新型本科人才的培养力度,已经成为新时代高等教育体制机制改革的主要抓手。本科毕业论文是提升大学生创新能力和实践能力的重要实践教学内容,在此过程中,身处教学一线的指导教师要充分发挥学生的主动性和积极性。以X同学为案例,论述柔性教育在本科生毕业论文指导中的作用,并提炼具体的经验,具有重要的理论与现实意义。Strengthening innovative undergraduate talents training has become the main focus of the higher education system and mechanism reform in the new era.Undergraduate graduation thesis writing is an important practical teaching content to enhance the innovation and practical ability of students.In this process,the instructors,who are at the front line of teaching,should give full play to the initiative and enthusiasm of the students.This paper takes the student X as the case,analyzes the role of flexible education in the guidance of undergraduate graduation thesis writing,and extracts some specific experience,which has important theoretical and practical significance.
