立德树人视域下高校青年教师师德培养论析

摘　　要：高校青年教师师德培养是新时代高校师德师风建设的现实需要,也是落实高校立德树人根本任务的内在要求。从价值层面而言,高校青年教师师德培养是立德树人的基础、全员育人的合力和化解立德树人困境的抓手。从内容层面而言,高校青年教师师德培养主要包括政治素养、专业伦理素养和人格魅力。从路径层面而言,高校青年教师师德培养的关键是落实理论学习常态化,提升师德高度;促进培养机制健全化,突显师德地位;推动环境氛围优质化,扩大师德影响;引导教师涵养高尚品格,促进师德养成。The moral cultivation of young teachers in colleges and universities is not only the practical need of the construction of teachers’morality and style in the new era,but also the internal requirement of implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities.From the perspective of value,the ethical cultivation of young teachers in colleges and universities is the basis of building morality and cultivating people,the joint force of all staff education and the starting point to resolve the dilemma of building morality and cultivating people.From the content level,the ethical cultivation of young college teachers mainly includes political literacy,professional ethics literacy and personality charm.From the perspective of path,the key to the ethical cultivation of young college teachers is to implement the normalization of theoretical learning and improve the height of teachers’ethics,promote the perfection of system and mechanism,highlight the status of teachers’ethics,promote the quality of environmental atmosphere,expand the influence of teachers’ethics,and promote the cultivation of teachers’morality.
