摘　　要：本科生导师制为高校培养创新人才提供了重要途径。在介绍本科生导师制建立和发展历程的基础上,以湖南农业大学资源环境学院本科生导师制为例,阐述了本科生导师制的实施方案,探讨了本科生导师制在培育科研素养中的实施成效,为其他院校本科生导师制的实施提供借鉴与参考。The undergraduate tutorial system offers an important way to cultivate innovation talents in colleges.Based on the establishment and development of undergraduate tutorial system,this article takes the system in college of resources and Environment Hunan Agricultural University as an example,clarifies the implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system,and discusses the effects of the undergraduate tutorial system in cultivating scientific literacy and provides reference for other universities with the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system.
