摘  要:发展专业学位研究生教育是培养科技前沿和关键工程领域的高层次优秀人才体系的必然要求。本文以烟台哈尔滨工程大学研究院材料与化工专业学位研究生培养为例,围绕教学、培养方案、师资、校企联合实验室、交叉学科平台五个方面探讨了其培养模式,提升研究生创新能力与培养质量,为地方材料与化工产业转型升级和创新发展提供有力的技术与人才支撑。The development of professional degree graduate education is an inevitable requirement to train high-level talents in frontier science and technology and key engineering fields.Based on full-time professional degree graduate student in materials and chemical engineering for Yantai Research Institute and Graduate School of Harbin Engineering University,this paper discusses its training mode from five aspects:teaching,training program,teachers,university-enterprise joint laboratory and interdisciplinary platform.It will improve the innovation ability and training quality of graduate students,and provide strong technology and talent support for the transformation and upgrading of local materials and chemical engineering industries and innovative development.
