摘 要:《酶工程》是生物工程专业的必修课程,通过以学科竞赛为引导,以酶工程中重要的化工单元操作和生物工艺过程实践相结合,探索分小组讨论比赛式教学,从而在以化工和生物工程学科竞赛实践中培养大学生创新创业能力。通过学科竞赛引导的教学实践表明,可以极大地激发学生的学习热情和兴趣,调动了学生的积极性,为培养大学生实践能力和兴趣起到良好的效果。本文以生物工程专业中的《酶工程》课程为例,探索了基于化学与生物工程学科竞赛引导下的教学改革。Enzyme Engineering is a compulsory course for biological engineering majors.Guided by academic competition and combined with the important chemical unit operation and biological process practice in enzyme engineering,the teaching of group discussion competition is explored,so as to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students based on academic competition practice in chemical engineering and biological engineering.The teaching practice guided by academic competition shows that it can greatly stimulate students'enthusiasm and interest in learning,mobilize the enthusiasm of students,and play a good effect for cultivating college students'practical ability and interesting.This paper takes enzyme engineering course as an example to explore the effect of teaching reform under the guidance of chemical and biological engineering academic competition.
