摘 要:“酶工程与发酵工程”是生物工程和生物技术类专业的专业核心课程,在专业人才培养中占有重要的地位。为响应高校全面落实课程思政改革建设的号召,实现知识传授与价值引领相结合,本文通过对“酶工程与发酵工程”课程教学中的课程思政建设思路、专业课程知识体系中思政元素的梳理总结,以期为实施工科类专业的专业课程思政改革提供借鉴和参考。Enzyme engineering and fermentation engineering is the core course of bioengineering and biotechnology majors,which plays an important role in the training of professional talents.This paper explored the teaching reformation of enzyme engineering and fermentation engineering,in response to the call of full implementation of ideological and political education,thus achieving the combination of knowledge and value guidance.It summarized the ideas of ideological and political education in the course teaching of enzyme engineering and fermentation engineering,as well as ideological and political elements in the professional course knowledge system.This could provide insights and reference for the practice of ideological and political education in other professional courses teaching for engineering majors.
