COMET职业能力测评对学生能力培养的应用与实践——以金华职业技术学院护理专业为例

摘　　要：本文以金华职业技术学院护理专业为例,通过运用COMET职业能力测评模型开展教育教学改革,比较高职护理专业不同年级学生以及毕业后不同年限护理人员的职业能力水平,提出高职护理专业课程体系构建、教育教学改革以及学生能力培养的建议,为职业院校开展教学改革提供实证依据。In this paper,the nursing major of Jinhua Polytechnic is taken as an example to carry out education and teaching reform by using COMET vocational competence asessmnent model,and to compare the professional competence levels of nursing students in different grades and nursing staff in different years after graduation.It puts forward suggestions on curriculum system construction,education and teaching reform and student ability cultivation of vocational nursing major,and provides empirical basis for teaching reform in vocational colleges.
