摘 要:乡村教师专业发展对乡村教育振兴具有基础作用。针对当前乡村教师专业发展意识、发展条件、发展模式的不足与困境,教育信息化的"三个课堂"应用模式为乡村教师专业发展提供了一种大规模低成本路径,应从规模化推进、一体化设计、信息化支撑、多元化整合、常态化实施等方面进行设计与实施,整县推进教师培训,实现乡村教师专业发展与乡村教育质量提升双推进。The professional development of rural teachers plays a fundamental role in the rural education revitalization.In view of the shortcomings and difficulties of rural teachers’professional development awareness,development conditions and development mode,the"three classes"application mode of ICT in education provides a large-scale and low-cost path for rural teachers’professional development,which should be designed and implemented from the aspects of large-scale promotion,integrated design,information support,diversified integration and normalized implementation,Promotes teacher training at the country scale to realize the double promotion of rural teachers’professional development and rural education quality improvement.
