工匠精神视域下高职教师职业成长路径探究

摘  要:工匠与教师一脉相承,高职教师理应传承、领悟、弘扬工匠精神。从工匠精神的内涵出发,思辨工匠精神与高职教师的关系,梳理现代职业教育对高职教师的多维要求;提出工匠精神视域下高职教师作为工匠精神引领者、工匠精神践行者、大国工匠追求者、工匠精神研究者的专业定位;提出工匠精神视域下高职教师职业成长的关键路径。Craftsmen and teachers are in the same vein,and higher vocational teachers should inherit craftsman spirit,understand craftsman spirit,and carry forward craftsman spirit.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the craftsman's spirit,this paper discusses the relationship between the craftsman's spirit and the higher vocational teachers,and cards the multi-dimensional requirements of modern vocational education for higher vocational teachers.This paper puts forward the professional orientation of higher vocational teachers as the craftsman spirit leader,the craftsman practitioner,the craftsman spirit practitioner,the great country craftsman suitor,and the craftsman spirit researcher under professional positioning.This paper puts forward the core path of professional growth of higher vocational teachers from the perspective of craftsman spirit.
