摘 要:探讨了高职院校班主任对学生开展职业生涯规划教育的路径。概述了职业生涯规划内涵,个体要结合自身主观因素和客观环境,确立未来发展目标,要知己知彼并作出正确抉择。分析了高职院校班主任加强职业生涯规划教育的意义,体现在有助于培养学生树立正确的人生观、人才观和价值观;帮助学生树立正确的就业观念;有助于学生树立学习和工作的自信心。提出了高职院校班主任强化学生职业生涯规划教育水平的策略,应结合入学教育,完善职业规划教育内容,注重教育引导,完善社会实践活动,确立职业规划目标,明确职业教育定位,把握教育动态过程,树立正确择业观,进而引导学生明确自身发展方向,强化学生职业选择的精确性。The research explores the pathway of the development of career planning education from the class teacher in the higher vocational college,summarizes the connotation of career planning,i.e.students should establish future development target and select correctly through combining with the subjective and objective factors.Then the research analyzes the significance of strengthening career planning education.It helps to train students to establish correct view of life,talent and value;correct career concept,correct learning and working confidence.The strategies of strengthening student career planning education level of the higher vocational college are proposed,i.e.to combine college entrance education,perfect career planning education content,focus education guidance,perfect social practical education,establish vocational planning target,clarify vocational education position,grasp education dynamic process,and establish correct view of employment,in order to guide students to clarify self-development orientation,strengthen the precision of student career selection.
