摘 要:教师专业化已成为世界各国教师教育发展的潮流,培养具有专业化水准的教师成为国际教师教育改革的目标,未来的教师必须是接受过专业化训练,有着较高素养的教育专业工作者,教师教育的改革与发展是推进教师专业化的需要.文章在阐述当前师范生教学技能培养中存在问题的基础上,从调整课程结构、强化知识与技能的融合、注重教学技能整合训练和构建多元化实践空间四个方面提出了相应的解决策略.The teacher specialization has become a trend of teacher education development in the world.Cultivating teachers with professional level has become the target of international teacher education reform,the future teachers must be educators with the professional training and higher quality,teacher education reform and development is the need to improve the specialization of teachers.On the basis of expounding the problems existing in the current teaching skills training of normal university students,this paper puts forward the corre⁃sponding solutions from four aspects:adjusting the curriculum structure,strengthening the integration of knowl⁃edge and skills,paying attention to the integrated training of teaching skills,and constructing diversified prac⁃tice space.
