摘 要:目的了解临床护理本科生教师的教学能力及培训现状,探讨提高其教学能力的措施。方法于2020年11月9日至25日采用问卷调查法对北京市7家教学医院的174名临床护理本科生教师进行调查。问卷内容为人口社会学资料(包括年龄、性别、科室、职称、学历、工作年限等)、《临床护理本科生带教老师教学能力调查问卷》(包括教学基本素质、教学内容/技能、教学方法、教学态度)以及教学能力培训现状与需求(包括既往培训次数、内容、师资、形式以及今后的培训需求)。结果临床护理本科生教师的教学能力评分总分为(83.67±17.68)分,其中教学基本素质维度平均得分最低[(2.64±0.67)分],教学态度维度平均得分最高[(3.02±0.61)分]。多重线性回归分析显示,工作年限及激励机制是临床护理本科生教师教学能力的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。152名(87.36%)临床护理本科生教师表示参加过相关培训,参加培训的内容以护理学专业知识最多(77.01%)。结论临床护理本科生教师的教学能力有待进一步提高,应探索合理有效且符合其发展需求的培训机制,并开展对其教学能力的培训。Objective To understand the teaching ability and training status of clinical teachers of nursing undergraduates,and explore measures to improve their teaching ability.Method A questionnaire survey was conducted among 174 clinical teachers of undergraduate nursing students in 7 teaching hospitals in Beijing from November 9^(th) to 25^(th),2020.The questionnaire includes demographic statistics(age,gender,department,job title,academic degree,working years),Questionnaire on Teaching Ability of Clinical Teachers for Undergraduate Nursing Students(student basic teaching quality,teaching contents/skills,teaching methods and teaching attitudes),as well as the status and needs of training on teaching ability(past training times,contents,teachers,format and future training needs).Result The average score of teaching ability was(83.67±17.68)points.The basic quality of teaching was the lowest with the item average score of(2.64±0.67)points,and the teaching attitude dimension was the highest with the item average score of(3.02±0.61)points.Multiple linear regression analysis shows that working years and incentive mechanism are the influencing factors of clinical teachers’teaching ability.152(87.36%)teaching teachers reported the related training experiences.The training mainly focused on nursing knowledge,accounting for 77.01%.Conclusion The teaching ability of clinical teachers of nursing undergraduates needs to be further improved.A reasonable and effective training mechanism should be explored,and the teaching ability training of clinical teachers should be carried out.
