摘 要:为了优化精品实验项目,提高实验教学水平,在原有大鼠骨髓基质干细胞培养与分化实验基础上,将干细胞培养与流式细胞术相结合,建立了以"大鼠骨髓基质干细胞为材料的流式细胞术实验"。实验采用翻转课堂教学法,注重理论知识、实验操作、软件使用和数据分析多种能力的培养。结果显示实验稳定、可行,100%的学生认为实验促进了对干细胞特性的理解,提高了学习效果。课后测试平均成绩明显高于课前,差异有统计学意义。问卷调查显示,学生已基本熟练掌握流式工作原理、操作流程、对照实验设计、软件的使用和结果分析。实验首次以干细胞为材料进行流式细胞术教学,提高了学生的流式技能,加深了学生对干细胞特征的理解,提高了学生的前沿知识水平和实验技能。In order to optimize the excellent experimental projects and improve the level of experimental teaching, we established the flow cytometry experiment with rat bone marrow stromal cells on the basis of the original experiment. The results show that the experiment is stable and feasible, and 100% of the students consider that the experiment promotes the understanding of stem cell characteristics and deepens the learning depth. The comparison between pre-and post-test shows that the average score of post-test is significantly higher than that of pre-test, the difference was statistically significant. The questionnaire shows that the students have mastered the flow working principle, operation process, control design, software use and result interpretation. For the first time, stem cells were used in experimental teaching of flow cytometry, and the experiment improved students’ skills of flow cytometry and deepened their understanding of stem cell characteristics, and improved students’ frontier knowledge and experimental skills.
