摘　　要：根据社会经济及行业的发展要求,结合教育人才培养的目标,人才培养模式需要不断地探究及创新。以北海职业学院工业机器人技术专业群为探究对象,对现有的人才培养模式进行分析,找出其利弊,提出相应策略去除弊端、深化利处,增加对理解创新人才培养模式的内容,开启更适应专业发展的人才培养模式探索之路,实施"三循环"人才培养,开启"现代学徒制"人才培养模式。According to the development requirements of social economy and industry,combined with the goal of educatio n talent training,talent training mode needs to explore and innovate constantly.In beihai vocational college professional gr oup of the object for industrial robot technology,analyze the existing personnel training mode,find out the advantages and disadvantages,put forward the corresponding strategies to remove defects,deepen the,increase in understanding the cont ent of the innovative talents training mode,open more adapt to the professional training mode to explore the road of develop ment,the implementation of"three loop"talent training,Open the"modern apprenticeship"talent training model.
