摘　　要：强化和创新农业高职院校职业生涯教育,是推动其思想政治教育质量提升和德技并修技术技能人才培养质量的重要举措。当前农业高职院校职业生涯教育存在认识不足、规划不足、载体不足等问题,文章据此提出构建全员、全过程、全方位职业生涯“三全育人”模式,并从三个方面组织开展实践,创新了农业高职院校职业生涯教育新路径。Strengthening and innovating career education in agricultural higher vocational colleges is an important measure to promote the quality of ideological and political education and the quality of technical talents training.At present,there are some problems in career education in agricultural higher vocational colleges,such as insufficient understanding,insufficient planning and lack of carriers.Based on this,this paper proposes to construct the“three complete education”mode of“all staff,all process and all direction”career education,and organizes practice from three aspects,it innovates a new path of career education in agricultural vocational colleges.
