摘　　要：突发情况对国内外的医学教育造成了冲击,特别是传统的线下面对面授课模式收到了极大影响。国内外教育工作者纷纷展开相关研究和探索,针对医学教育模式进行了调整以应对当下的挑战。其中主要措施是采用了线上教学模式。与线下教学相比,线上教学具有以下优势:学习资源丰富、共享性强、学习自由度大、不受时间与空间限制等特点。但同时,由于医学教育有其自身特点,特别是神经病学教学的特殊性,使得线上教学带来了备课难度大、无法开展师生互动、无法进行实践操作等问题。为了解决这一现实难题,本研究对神经病学的线上及线下教学进行了对比分析。分析显示线上结合线下的混合教学模式既可以克服线上教学的劣势,同时还能保留线下教学的优势,从而提升教学效果,也具有很好的操作性。我们希望本研究的结果能为我国现阶段甚至未来的神经病学教学模式的更新提供有益参考。Emergencies have had an impact on medical education at home and abroad,especially the traditional offline face-to-face teaching mode.Educators at home and abroad have carried out relevant research and exploration,and adjusted the medical education model to meet the current challenges.The main measure is to adopt the online teaching mode.Compared with offline teaching,online teaching has the following advantages:rich learning resources,strong sharing,large learning freedom,free from time and space constraints.But at the same time,due to the characteristics of medical education,especially the particularity of neurology teaching,online teaching has brought many problems,such as difficult lesson preparation,unable to carry out teacher-student interaction,unable to carry out practical operation and so on.In order to solve this practical problem,this study makes a comparative analysis of online and offline teaching of Neurology.The analysis shows that the online combined with offline hybrid teaching mode can not only overcome the disadvantages of online teaching,but also retain the advantages of offline teaching,so as to improve the teaching effect,and also has good operability.We hope that the results of this study can provide a useful reference for the update of neurology teaching mode at present and even in the future.
