摘 要:随着我国高等教育的普及,教育资源有限与学生人数激增之间的矛盾凸显。为缓解教育资源的紧张,大多数高校的思想政治理论课采取了大班教学的模式。但因此也出现了高校思想政治理论课课堂学生参与率低、师生互动少、因材施教难等问题,与让“不同类型的学生都受益”的初衷背道而驰。为解决高校思想政治理论课的困境,应以马克思主义关于“人的本质”理论为指导,转变教学理念,改革教学模式,在关注学生需要、注重教育的主体间性的基础上,充分准备教学内容,精心设计课堂教学。With the popularization of higher education in China,the contradiction between the limited educational resources and the surging number of students has become prominent.In order to relieve the shortage of educational resources,the ideological and political theory courses in many colleges and universities adopt the mode of large class teaching.However,there are also some problems such as low participation rate of students in ideological and political theory courses,less interaction between teachers and students,and difficulty in teaching students according to their aptitude,which runs counter to the original intention of"benefiting all students of different types".In order to solve the difficulties of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,we should change the teaching idea and reform the teaching mode under the guidance of Marxist theory about"the human essence",and fully prepare the teaching content and elaborate the classroom teaching on the basis of paying attention to the needs of students and the intersubjectivity of education.
