美国社区教育的内涵和运行机制及对我国学习型社会建设的启示

摘　　要：分析和借鉴美国社区教育的内涵和运行机制,提出我国学习型社会建设的路径:构建学习型社区,从组织形式、实施渠道和政府支持三个层面保障“全民学习”;从服务理念、教育目标和法律法规三个层面激励“终身学习”。This paper analyzes and draws lessons from the connotation and operation mechanism of American community education,and puts forward the path of building a learning society in China,that is building a learning community from three aspects of organizational form,implementation channel and government support to ensure“learning for all”;encouraging"lifelong learning"from three aspects of service concept,educational objective,as well as laws and regulations.
