摘　　要：以富硒螺旋藻为原料,采用超声辅助提取工艺,通过单因素试验分析了提取温度、提取时间、提取溶剂浓度、超声功率等4个因素对螺旋藻中有机硒即螺旋藻硒多糖提取效果的影响。在单因素试验结果基础上,通过响应曲面分析法对硒多糖提取工艺条件进行优化,确定了该方法的最佳提取工艺。试验结果表明,超声波辅助提取螺旋藻硒多糖的最佳工艺参数为:提取温度为80℃,提取时间为6h,提取溶剂浓度为60%,超声功率为800kHz。在此条件下,每500g破壁富硒螺旋藻粉中提取物总硒含量为1737.908mg。This article uses selenium-enriched Spirulina as raw material and ultrasonic-assisted extraction process to study the extraction effect of four factors,including extraction temperature,time,solvent concentration and ultrasonic power on the extraction rate of organic selenium which is also called selenium polysaccharides from Spirulina.On the basis of single factor test results,the extraction conditions were optimized by response surface analysis and the best extraction process was determined.The test results show that the optimal process parameters for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of selenium polysaccharides from Spirulina are:extraction temperature 80℃,extraction time 6h,extraction solvent concentration 60%,ultrasonic power 800kHz.Under these conditions,the total selenium content in the extraction of selenium-enriched Spirulina powder per 500g of broken wall was 1737.908mg.
