摘  要:留学生一直是我国高等医学教育的重要组成部分,存在诸多问题亟待解决。以疫情突发为契机,哈尔滨医科大学第一临床医学院儿科教研室借鉴国内外网络教学的先进经验,以理论联系实际,将“微格教学法”应用于留学生在线见习教学,以新的教学手段引导课堂教学质量,既是一种尝试,又是一种创新。现总结微格在线教学前期组织、过程实施、教育管理和教学评价中的经验,以期为留学生见习教学改革提供参考。International students have always been an important part of higher medical education in China,and there are many problems to be solved.Taking the outbreak of the epidemic as an opportunity,department of pediatrics,the First Clinical College of Harbin Medical University,draws lessons from the advanced experience of web-based teaching at home and abroad,and applies“Microteaching Method”to online internship teaching of international students combined theory with practice,guiding the quality with new teaching methods,which is not only an attempt,but also an innovation.This research summarizes the experience of early stage organization,process implementation,education management and teaching evaluation of online microteaching,in order to provide reference for the reform of internship teaching for international students.
