摘　　要：美国放射科介入放射学新版住院医师胜任力评价系统Milestones 2.0发布于2019年12月,相对于第一版,新版以更广的考核视角,评估与记录放射介入方向住院医师的成长,其六大岗位胜任力包括医患照护、医学知识、基于医疗体系的实践、基于医疗实践的学习与提升、职业素养、人际沟通能力。介入放射学Milestones 2.0分为两个评价系统:融合版与独立版,分别对应放射学分支专业与放射学亚专业,分别涵盖31项、24项胜任力细则。其考核细则中的不少内容在国内放射科住培考核中尚未涉及,对于未来我国进一步完善放射科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)内容,有重要的启示与指引作用。The Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education(ACGME) Interventional Radiology Milestones 2.0, which was released in December 2019 and designed to assess and document the growth of resident, provides a broader based training program in all aspects of interventional radiology residency compared with the first version. The program consists of six competencies, including Patient Care(PC), Medical Knowledge(MK), Systems-based Practice(SBP), Practice-based Learning and Improvement(PBLI), Professionalism(PROF), and Interpersonal and Communication Skills(ICS). Interventional Radiology Milestones 2.0 is classified into two versions: Integrated and Independent, corresponding to the radiology specialty and subspecialty, and involving 31 and 24 responsibilities respectively. Many training details in ACGME program are still not involved in domestic residency training,which provide important enlightenment and guidance to improve the standardized residency training items in China in the future.
