摘 要:市政道路汽车荷载引起地下空间结构低频振动与噪声,影响人们的舒适感和健康。为了研究汽车荷载作用下钢弹簧浮置板道路的减振降噪性能,以地下空间上方钢弹簧浮置板道路为研究对象,采用现场试验与数值模拟相结合方法,在项目临近道路进行车辆振动荷载实测,并对实测数据进行分析;建立钢弹簧浮置板道路及其与地下空间整体有限元模型并分析其模态;将实测数据转换为激振荷载,计算分析了车辆荷载作用下有、无浮置板隔振道路时的地下空间结构振动响应,应用振动加速度级、Z振级和A声压级对钢弹簧浮置板的减振降噪性能进行评价。结果表明:浮置板与地下空间结构合建建筑低频振动表现为钢弹簧浮置板道路的振动,钢弹簧浮置板道路能够保证控制地下空间结构振动;汽车荷载产生的激振能量频段主要集中为10~40 Hz,钢弹簧浮置板用于市政道路减振时,其设计频率宜低于7.07 Hz;钢弹簧浮置板具有将集中荷载重新分配功能,使地下空间结构从局部受力、振动转化为整体受力、整体微幅振动;采用钢弹簧浮置板减振后,振动加速度级减少15.71 d B,Z振级减少15.30 d B,A声压级减少26.38 d B。钢弹簧浮置板可对市政道路汽车荷载起到低频减振效果。In order to study the vibration and noise reduction performance of steel spring floating slab road under vehicle loads,taking the steel spring floating slab road above the underground space as the research object,the vehicle vibration load is measured on the road near the project by using the method of combining field test and numerical simulation,and the measured data is analyzed.The finite element model of the joint structure of steel spring floating slab and underground space is established,and the modal analyses of steel spring floating slab and the joint structure of steel spring floating slab with underground space are carried out.The measured data are converted into excitation load,and the vibration responses of underground space structure with/without floating slab vibration isolation road under vehicle loads are calculated and analyzed.The vibration and noise reduction performance of steel spring floating slab are evaluated by using vibration acceleration level,Z vibration level and sound pressure level A.The result shows that(1)the low-frequency vibration of the joint building of floating slab and underground space structure is manifested as the vibration of steel spring floating slab road,and the steel spring floating slab road can ensure the control of the vibration of underground space structure;(2)the frequency range of excitation energy produced by vehicle loads is mainly from 10 Hz to 40 Hz,and the design frequency should be lower than 7.07 Hz when steel spring floating slab is used to reduce vibration of municipal roads;(3)the steel spring floating slab has the function of redistributing the concentrated load,which makes the underground space structure change from local stress and vibration to overall stress and overall micro vibration;(4)after adopting the steel spring floating slabs for vibration reduction,the vibration acceleration level is reduced by 15.71 d B,the Z vibration level is reduced by 15.30 dB,and the sound pressure level A is reduced by 26.38 dB.The steel spring floating slabs can
