摘　　要：充分利用现代信息技术和在线资源,基于在线精品课程和微信公众号,结合企业微信等直播平台,探索线上线下混合模式在病原生物学课程教学中的实际应用。同时结合现状和历史,优化教学内容,打破对病原生物学认知的局限性,注重医学生的思政教育和素质培养。线上线下混合式教学有力支撑了病原生物学课程教学工作的顺利进行,有效促进了教、学的有机融合,具有一定实效性和应用价值,可为高等医学院校基础医学课程的教学模式改革提供参考。Take full advantage of modern information technology and on-line teaching resources,based on online elaborate course and WeChat subscription,combined with enterprise WeChat live broadcast platform,explore the practical application of the online to offline blended teaching model in pathogenic biology teaching.Meanwhile,combined with the current situation and history of the epidemic,optimization teaching content,in hoping to break the cognitive limitation of the specialty of pathogenic biology,emphasis on ideological education and quality-oriented cultivation of medical students.Online to offline blended teaching model strongly supports the teaching process of pathogenic biology,and effectively promotes the organic integration of teaching and learning.It has certain effectiveness and application value,can provide reference for the teaching mode reform of basic medical courses in medical universities.
