摘 要:针对嵌入式轨道的振动特性进行试验分析,依据图纸设计制作5 m双层浇筑式嵌入式轨道实尺模型,以加速度导纳为指标,对嵌入式轨道实尺模型进行锤击试验,探究该轨道形式中钢轨的振动特性,评价其减振性能,并对CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道进行相同试验,将两者实验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:嵌入式轨道钢轨加速导纳出现峰值较少并且峰值均小于0.5 g/N,响应幅值随频率增大整体显示增大趋势,传递函数曲线整体平缓;在全频段无砟轨道结构曲线波动均较明显,相较而言,嵌入式轨道的轨道形式可以明显降低钢轨振动响应峰值,针对100 Hz~300 Hz频段内振动衰减效果良好;通过对比各测点幅值曲线可以看出嵌入式轨道结构对于振动沿钢轨纵向的传递具有明显抑制作用,说明嵌入式轨道中高分子填充材料能够有效约束钢轨的纵向振动。Vibration characteristics of the embedded track was experimentally analyzed.According to the drawings,a full-scale model of a 5m double-layer casted embedded track was designed and produced.The hammering test was carried out on the full-scale model of the embedded track to explore the vibration characteristics of the rail and evaluate the vibration damping performance.The same test was carried out on the CRTSⅡballastless track,and the two experimental results were compared each other.The results show that the rail acceleration admittance of the embedded track has fewer peaks which are all less than 0.5 g/N,the response magnitude value increases with the increase of frequency,and the transfer function curve is smooth overall.The curve fluctuation of ballastless track structure is obvious in the whole frequency band.Generally speaking,the embedded track can significantly reduce the vibration response peak of the rail,especially in the frequency band from 100 Hz to 300 Hz.By comparing the amplitude curve of each measuring point,it can be seen that the embedded rail has obvious inhibitory effect on the longitudinal transmission of vibration along the rail,indicating that the polymer filled material in the embedded track can greatly restrained the longitudinal vibration of the rail.
