高职院校物业管理专业课程信息化建设研究与实践——以《物业管理法规及案例分析》课程为例

摘　　要：文章针对信息化发展的背景下对高职院校物业管理专业课程建设过程中存在的问题进行分析,考虑到高职院校人才培养的目标,以《物业管理法规及案例分析》课程为研究对象,依托云班课平台,采用“混合式”教学法,创建“乐学”的教学环境。实践表明:信息化技术融入教学,有利于充分调动学生学习的乐趣和积极性,并增强了学生对知识的接受程度。This article analyzes the problems existing in the course construction of property management majors in higher vocational colleges under the background of informatization development.Taking into account the goal of talents cultivating in higher vocational colleges,the course〈Property Management Laws&Regulations and Case Analysis〉is taken as an example.The research object,relying on the cloud class platform,adopts a"blended"teaching method to create a"musicology"teaching environment.Practice has been shown that the integration of information technology into teaching is conducive to fully mobilizing the fun and enthusiasm of students in learning,and enhancing students'acceptance of knowledge.
