摘  要:人格教育是大学生思想政治教育的关键和核心,更是社会发展对大学生提出的最迫切要求。目前,高校在大学生人格教育中普遍存在问题,即人格教育定位模糊,缺乏精确性;人格教育实施零散,缺乏系统性;人格教育师资不足,缺乏专业性。科学运用教育生态学的理论原理与研究方法,可以助力高校构建符合大学生需求的人格教育课程体系,增强人格教育的系统性、丰富性,加强人格教育师资队伍的建设,从而促进大学生人格健全发展。Personality education is the key to college students’ideological and political education,as well as the most basic and urgent need of social development for college students.On the basis of fully absorbing the research results of ecology of education,this paper analyzes the problems existing in personality education of college students,deeply analyzing the root of the problems and putting forward the important support to build a good ecosystem of personality education for college students.The study found that the factors affecting the formation of personality include the external environment,college students’own thoughts and the impact of the social culture.In order to promote the healthy development of personality education for college students,this paper believes that a curriculum system of personality education suitable for college students should be constructed.Besides,improving the system of personality education and strengthening the construction of personality education teachers in college are also important in realizing the healthy growth and development of college students.
