摘  要:提出工匠工坊现代学徒制人才培养的理念和内涵,分析了顶石课程的特征及定位,归纳了工匠工坊人才培养与顶石课程有效衔接的融通路径。以软件技术专业顶石课程的设计目标、实施流程和教学评价为例,阐述了工匠工坊环境下顶石课程的实施机制及其优势。实践表明,基于工匠工坊的顶石课程教学实施可以有效地检验学生学习效果,确保学生在校时掌握专业要求的核心能力。The concept and connotation of modern apprenticeship training for craftsmen workshops are put forward. The characteristics and positioning of capstone course are analyzed, and the integration path for the training of craftsmen workshops and capstone course is concluded. Taking the design goals, implementation process and teaching evaluation of the capstone course for software technology majors as examples, the implementation mechanism and advantages of capstone course under the craftsman workshop environment are explained. Practice has shown that the teaching and implementation of capstone course based on craftsmen workshops can effectively test students’ learning effects and ensure that students master the core abilities required by their professions when they are in school.
