摘  要:王策三先生是新中国教学论学科重要奠基人,当代著名教育理论家。他根植我国社会主义初级阶段基本国情和历史文化传统,坚持以马克思主义观点观察和研究我国教育考试改革发展理论与实践,提出:考试是人类文明的伟大成果;考试是教育教学的“晴雨表”“指挥棒”;考试“天生”具有局限性,应辩证地看待考试和分数;考试效果如何不完全取决于考试本身;要遵循客观规律,与时俱进地进行教育考试改革,努力实现考试与教育教学的良性互动发展,不断改善和提高教育质量。Mr.Wang Cesan is an important founder of teaching theory and a famous educational theorist in China.Rooted in the basic national conditions and historical and cultural traditions of the primary stage of socialism in China,he insisted on observing and studying the theory and practice of reform and development of educational examination with Marxism.He proposed that examination is a great achievement of human civilization;examination is the“baton”of education and teaching;examination has its limitations,tests and scores should be treated dialectically;the effect of the examination does not depend entirely on itself;the educational examination reform should be carried out following the objectives and with the times,the realization of benign interaction between examinations and teaching should be focused,and the quality of education should be improved continuously.
