摘　　要：通过田野调查、文献研究等发现,潮州地区有着丰富的茶文化资源和深厚的人文积淀,并在茶叶非遗保护、茶文化品牌传播、茶旅融合发展和茶文化培训等方面取得了积极成果,但同时潮州茶文化的发展也面临着一些现实困境,应采取有效措施予以应对:借助互联网媒体平台进行数字化传播,推动潮州茶和茶文化“走出去”;“动态传承”非遗茶技艺,多举措保护珍稀古茶树资源;挖掘、整合“潮茶”文化资源,打造潮州茶文化创意产业园;推进茶旅真融合、深度融合,拓展茶文化旅游产业链条;培养本土高素质专业化茶文化人才等。Through field surveys and literature studies,it is found that Chaozhou has rich tea cultural resources and profound cultural accumulation,and has made positive achievements in tea intangible heritage protection,tea cultural brand dissemination,tea tourism integration development and tea culture training.But at the same time,the development of Chaozhou tea culture is also facing some practical dilemmas,and effective measures should be taken to deal with it:digital communication with the help of Internet streaming media platforms to promote the“going out”of Chaozhou tea and tea culture;"Dynamic inheritance"of intangible cultural heritage tea technology and multiple measures to protect the resources of rare and ancient tea trees;Excavate and integrate"Chaozhou tea"cultural resources to create Chaozhou tea cultural and creative industrial park;Promote the real and deep integration of tea tourism,and expand the tea culture tourism industry chain;Cultivate local high-quality professional tea culture talents,etc.
