摘　　要：近年来,随着各地学习型城市进程不断加快,社区教育尤其是老年教育已经成为百姓获得知识,提升自我的重要组成部分。社区教育如何更好与老年教育有机融合,老年教育作为社区教育中的重要组成部分,如何有效地协调整合区域内各种社区教育资源,形成教育合力,更好地借助社区教育发展的建设模式和组织架构,值得思考和研究。In recent years,with the accelerating process of learning-oriented city around the world,community education,especially education for the elderly,has become an important part of people to obtain knowledge and improve themselves.How to integrate community education with elderly educationbetter?As an important part of community education,it is worth considering and studying how to effectively coordinate and integrate various community education resources in the region to form an educational synergy,and make better use of the construction mode and organizational structure of community education development.
