摘　　要：高等教育国际化已成为世界高等教育发展重要趋势。北京是中国文化的中心,也是国际交往的中心,从跨文化的角度,推动北京高等教育国际化发展,一定能助推中外文明互鉴和中国文化软实力的提升。北京高校具有明显的区位优势,同时存在着跨文化课程发展水平参差不齐以及国际化尚未真正融入大学文化的问题。北京高校在树立国际化观念、营造国际化大学文化、提升跨文化能力等方面,还有很大的发展空间,应立足本土国际化,探索在线国际化教育,拓宽学生跨文化视角和全球性思维;在北京高等教育国际化进程中基于跨文化理解,创新叙事表达,增强文化传播的有效性。The internationalization of higher education has become an important trend in higher education in the world.Based on the positioning of Beijing as the cultural center and international exchange center,the internationalization of higher education in Beijing from a cross-cultural perspective can help promote mutual understanding between Chinese and foreign civilizations and enhance the soft power of Chinese culture.Universities in Beijing have obvious geographical advantages.However,there also exist problems in the uneven development of cross-cultural courses in different universities and the internationalization has not yet truly been integrated into the university culture.There is still considerable room for the development of universities in Beijing in terms of establishing an international concept,creating an international university culture,and enhancing cross-cultural competence.Therefore,universities in Beijing need to base themselves on internationalization at home and explore online international education to broaden students cross-cultural perspective and global thinking.In addition,in the process of internationalization,universities in Beijing should innovate narrative expressions based on cross-cultural understanding to enhance the effectiveness of cultural communication.
