随迁子女托管文化工具箱的形成过程研究——以B市校外托管机构为例

摘　　要：当前,在切实提升学校育人水平,持续规范校外培训的背景下,如何建设高质量教育体系,构建良好教育生态环境,有效缓解家长焦虑情绪,促进学生全面发展正在成为全社会关注的热门话题。本文以面向随迁子女家庭提供服务的校外托管机构为研究对象,通过托管文化工具箱的分析线索,以质性研究方法为主,初步提炼出托管的复合成因,包括五方面的影响力量:学校功能的延伸与补充、家庭功能的替代、市场化竞争中的托管效果、同辈群体间的交往吸引力、细琐生活的陪伴与影响。文章进一步反思了京津冀地区流动人口环京迁移趋势下,学校托管服务资源的有限越发放大了家校间的托育矛盾,文化工具箱的分析视角更为关注对价值与意义的考量,通过行动主体间的复合演绎,折射着行动结构背后的隐性缺失。因此,有必要统筹规划基于人口流动事实意义上的教育状况,构建更为精细化的"家庭-学校-社会"一体化的教育治理思路。This article is trying to qualitatively analyze culture tool kit process of formation by choosing three hosting services which provide services especially to migrant workers children.The authors summarize five clues of the hosting culture tool kit,including extension and supplement,the replacement of school and family function,competitive marketing effects,communicative interaction of peer groups,and the accompanying effect of hosting daily life.This paper further reflects on the hidden problems between the actors and the action structure in the hosting culture tool kit.It puts forward the urgency and significance of the overall planning,based on the actual situation of population mobility,the classified design of counseling programs,and the establishment of family education service system for the children of rural migrant workers.
