摘  要:劳动教育是社会主义教育的重要特征,劳动教育的全面展开是新时代民族教育发展的必然要求,因而全面了解包括民族地区儿童在内的儿童劳动观势在必行。立足于新时代劳动教育理念,引导民族地区儿童贴合自己生活实际,围绕劳动是(像)什么、劳动者是(像)什么等问题进行创作,通过分析这些隐喻理解儿童对劳动特点和对劳动者人物形象的认识,研究发现内蒙古通辽市儿童劳动观既有民族性又有现代性特征、存在个体差异、受生活环境影响等特征。进而提出民族地区劳动教育的开展要实现从"在地观念"到"价值共识"、从"切己生活"到"整体生活"、从"外在引导"到"启迪自觉"、从"成果导向"到"自成目的"的转变,从而为民族地区劳动教育理论与实践的发展提供借鉴。Labor education is an important feature of socialist education,overall development of labor education is the inevitable requirement of the development of education in the new period.It is important to have a comprehensive understanding of children’s labor outlook,including those of ethnic minorities.This paper guides minority children to create according to their actual life about what is labor like and what is the worker like.Through the analysis of these metaphors to show children’s understanding of the characteristics of labor and the image of workers.It is found that the children’s view of labor in this area has the characteristics of nationality,modernity and individual difference influenced by living environment.The development of labor education should be carried out from the following aspects.From the concept of geography to the consensus of values,from their own life to whole life,from external guidance to enlightenment consciousness,from resultsoriented to self-directed.So as to provide reference for the development of labor education theory and practice.
