摘 要:目的评价基于翻转课堂的线上教学法在神经内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—6月在浙大二院神经内科轮转的浙江大学医学院临床医学专业本科生共89名,包括见习生40名和实习生49名,分别随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用基于翻转课堂的线上教学模式,对照组采用传统的线上教学模式。每轮临床见习或实习结束后,通过理论知识考核和临床思维能力考核(包括定位诊断、定性诊断、疾病诊断、鉴别诊断、辅助检查和治疗原则)进行教学效果的评价。结果实验组见习生理论知识、疾病定位、鉴别诊断和辅助检查的考核成绩明显高于对照组(P <0.05),两组学生在定性诊断、疾病诊断和治疗原则三方面的成绩差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。实验组实习生在疾病定位、定性诊断、鉴别诊断、辅助检查和治疗原则五方面的考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P <0.05),两组学生在理论知识和疾病诊断方面的成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与传统的线上教学法相比,基于翻转课堂的线上教学法能显著提升医学生的临床思维能力,具有更好的教学效果,值得在神经内科临床带教中应用。Objective To evaluate the efficiency of online teaching mode based on flipping class in clinical teaching of Neurology Department. Methods A total of 89 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in the Medical College of Zhejiang University, including 40 interns and 49 interns, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group from January 2020 to June 2020. The experimental group adopted the online teaching mode based on flipped classroom, and the control group adopted the traditional online teaching mode. After each round of clinical internship or practice, the teaching effect shall be evaluated through the assessment of theoretical knowledge and clinical thinking ability(including positioning diagnosis, qualitative diagnosis, disease diagnosis, differential diagnosis, auxiliary examination and treatment principles). Results For medical clerks in the experiment group, their scores of theoretical knowledge, localized diagnosis, differential diagnosis and auxiliary examination were significantly improved(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the scores of of qualitative diagnosis, disease diagnosis and treatment(P>0.05). For medical interns in the experiment group, their scores of localized diagnosis, qualitative diagnosis, differential diagnosis, auxiliary examination and treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the scores of of theoretical knowledge and disease diagnosis(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared to traditional online teaching mode, online teaching mode based on flipping class helps to improve medical students’ clinical thinking ability and exhibits better teaching efficiency. It is worthy to be applied in clinical teaching of Neurology department.
