摘 要:目的研究课堂教学中教学互动反馈系统对本科护生评判性思维能力的影响,以期为构建适合护理专业的高效互动课堂提供参考。方法选择厦门医学院大学二年级刚刚开设《基础护理学》的2018级本科护理专业4个班共129名学生为研究对象,按照教学方法选择5、6班(n=64)为试验组,3、4班(n=65)为对照组,对照组在课堂中使用传统的以讲授为主的多媒体教学方法,试验组使用教学互动反馈系统。为期2个学期的《基础护理学》课程结束后,使用评判性思维能力量表(CTDI-CV)对129名学生进行匿名调查,对比分析2组本科护生的批判性思维能力。结果试验组与对照组护生评判性思维总分分别为(295.17±37.77)分和(272.60±25.36)分,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论《基础护理学》课堂中应用教学互动反馈系统有助于本科护生评判性思维能力的显著提高。Objective To study the influence of the audience response system on critical thinking ability of undergraduate nursing students,so as to provide reference for the construction of highly effective interactive classroom for nursing majors.Methods A total of 129 students from 4 classes of 2018 undergraduate nursing major in the sophomore year of our school who just started the course"fundamentals of nursing"were selected as the research objects.According to the teaching methods,classes 5 and 6(n=64)were selected as the experimental group,and classes 3 and 4(n=65)were selected as the control group.The control group used the traditional"teaching-oriented"multimedia teaching method in classroom teaching,while the experimental group used the audience response system in classroom teaching.After 2 semesters of fundamentals of nursing,an anonymous survey was conducted on 129 studied students using the critical thinking ability scale(CTDI-CV),The differences of critical thinking ability between experimental group and control group of undergraduate nursing students under different interactive feedback classroom situations were compared and analyzed.Results The total scores of critical thinking of nursing students in the experimental group and the control group respectively were(295.17±37.77)and(272.60±25.36),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the audience response system in the classroom is helpful to improve the critical thinking ability of undergraduate nursing students.
