高职院校以学生为中心的德育主题班会模式

摘　　要：“德育”是教师开展主题班会的重要主题之一,定期开展德育主题班会有助于开展德育工作、提高学生的道德水平,对提高高职院校的道德环境有促进作用,同时也有助于学生在校期间的人格成长。通过访谈兄弟院校的相关辅导员,针对高职院校辅导员的“德育”班会问题进行问卷调查,将问题导向德育主题班会形成专题,为高职院校的辅导员提供借鉴。“Moral education”is one of the important themes for teachers to carry out thematic class meetings of moral education.Regular thematic class meetings of moral education will help to carry out moral education work,improve students’moral level,and promote the moral environment of higher vocational colleges,at the same time,it also contributes to the students’personality growth in school.Based on the interview with the counselors of the fraternal colleges,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the counselors’class meeting of moral education in higher vocational colleges,and makes the problem-oriented moral education theme class meeting form a special topic,which can p rovide reference for the counselors of higher vocational colleg es.
