摘 要:随着线上教学在教学活动中的比例逐渐提高,如何在线上教学的过程中提高学生的学习效率成为教师关注的重要问题。通过激发多类型的学习动机,获取学生的情感认可,使课程内容与学生的个人成长目的紧密连接,是提高学生学习效率、提升课程质量的有效方法。本文以《中药安全与合理应用导论》线上教学为例,从剖析客观需求、职业远景动机、自身需求、认知内驱力、重难点突破、课程趣味性、学生角色转型、自我提高内驱力、附属内驱力等九个方面汇报在教学过程中激发学生的学习动机的可靠方法,为高效率线上教学的开展提供参考。With the increasing proportion of online teaching in teaching activities,how to improve students’learning efficiency in the process of online teaching has become an important issue that teachers pay a lot attention.By stimulating multiple types of learning motivations,gaining emotional recognition from students,and connecting the course content closely with the students’personal growth goals,it is an effective way to improve student learning efficiency and improve course quality.Taking introduction to the safety and reasonable application of traditional Chinese medicine as an example,this article reports on nine aspects in the teaching process from the analysis of objective needs,career prospects and motivations,self-needs,cognitive drive,breakthroughs in key and difficult points,curriculum interest,role transformation,self-improvement drive,and subsidiary drive.These are reliable method to stimulate students’learning motivation and provide reference for the development of high-efficiency online teaching.
